Step One:
Take our short onboarding quiz, designed to help us understand your family and what you’re looking for in a nanny or sitter.
Step Two:
Tell us your desired weekly schedule.
Step Three:
We find at least three Nanno Approved sitters who are interested in the job. All Nanno Approved sitters are background checked and have passed our industry-leading vetting process, which includes a safety skills test and a behavioral profile test.
Step Four:
You interview our candidates and find one you like. (In the unlikely event that none of the three we send are a good match, we are happy to send you more.)
Step Five:
Make the hire. If you’d like us to handle your schedule and payment processing, we can help with that. (If you’d rather handle it yourself, that works too.)
Step Six:
Get on with your life -- knowing that your family now has an amazing new sitter or nanny to help keep things moving on track.
Our one-time placement fee for StayCare is $300
This fee is fully refundable if we are unable to send you at least three candidates who are available and meet your criteria.

Sure. While we don’t specifically vet sitters for driving (i.e. pull driving records or car insurance, check carseats, etc.), you are welcome to discuss those things directly with your sitter and make any arrangements that work for you.
If you aren’t feeling great about the sitter you’re matched with, you can cancel anytime before the booking begins, and we’ll match you with a new one.
Yes! All Nanno engagements are fully insured and bonded.
